the DialMaster suite, a phone management
system. The phone management system
is an all-inclusive suite developed
to capture calls –both incoming
and outgoing from PABX. The data
captured is then processed to produce
reports for use by the management
for various decision-making processes.
As the market dictates, the following
are the functionalities that have
been developed in the phone management
system:
- Data retrieval from the PABX
either by direct capture from
the computer communication port,
http (Hypertext transfer protocol
or Ftp (File transfer protocol).
- System Parameter Configuration.
For purposes of report generation,
certain parameters will need to
be set in the system.
- Generation of Reports
The system is provided in two versions:
- Server Version. Provides configuration
features and reports
- Client version. Provides a
feature for allocating calls made
to clients in sceneries where
a company raises disbursement
charges to clients for calls made
to them. This version is optional
and installed only on request.
